Lean Six Sigma Certificate

The current trend in Six Sigma education is to incorporate “Lean” methodology into Six Sigma training and implementation. This approach combines the Lean management principles of waste reduction with the Six Sigma tools of process improvement. The Lean approach is more focused on immediate improvement, using a smaller set of tools.

Kaplan Continuing Education’s (KCE) Lean Six Sigma Certificate online program offers students the option to pursue a learning opportunity designed to meet specific career goals.* While the general Lean Six Sigma training  is applicable to all business operations, the Lean Six Sigma for Health Care Applications and the Lean Six Sigma for Call Center Applications tracks offer training in special market niches that particularly benefit from Lean methodology.

KCE’s Lean Six Sigma training online results in a certificate and consists of five courses to be completed within 6 months.
