CT 101: Managing and Maintaining a Windows 2003 Server
This course is designed to teach students how to create and manage user accounts and computer accounts, create and manage groups, and manage printers in a Windows 2003 environment. The role and function of systems administrators are addressed. The impact of managing group policy and configuring and managing hardware devices will be critically analyzed. Topics will also include data storage, administration of server resources, security, monitoring of system performance, and disaster recovery. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-290.*

CT 102: Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure
This course increases your knowledge of TCP/IP architecture, IP addressing, subnet masks, and configuring and assigning IP addresses to clients in both a static and automatic environment. Key concepts will include managing and maintaining DHCP, DNS, integration of ADS and DNS, and securing networks using IPSEC and certificate services. Topics include routing and remote access and monitoring and managing network access. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-291.*

CT 103: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional
This course introduces the client operating system and Microsoft's Windows XP Professional. Topics include installation procedures of the OS, configuration of devices and hardware, creating users and groups, profiles, and implementation of backup and disaster and recovery methods. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-270.*

CT 104: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client Operating System
This course examines how to install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. Students will learn how to identify hardware requirements prior to installation, install and migrate processes, configure Windows Vista for optimum usage, and troubleshoot problems with the operating system. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-620.*
