MS and BA in Criminology, University of Florida. Ms. Ferguson is a certified rehabilitation counselor as well as a certified life care planner. She has worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, helping individuals with many varying degrees and types of disabilities to facilitate their return to work. She has worked at Shands Cancer Center and Shands Rehab Hospital and as a client advocate for women victims of domestic abuse. She currently serves as a Volunteer Wish Granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of East Tennessee. For the past several years, she has provided research support at Paul M. Deutsch and Associates.
